The movement for single-payer achieved its first major victory in the United States in 2011 when the Governor of Vermont signed a single-payer bill into law. text Life in Christ is like traveling michael 2012-01-14 10:59 PM
Life in Christ is like traveling on a metro link train, with a predetermined destination. You are not the driver, Jesus is, and God provided the route on this one time trip. He plotted everything, the date and the time of your travel and arrival. There will be stops and delays along the way, but remember this, at the bottom of a traffic light is always a green light. Brazil: I have a dream…
But the best part of the dream was that the President commanded down the interest on the public debt to zero, and with it this year alone, remained over two hundred and fifty billion to invest in development, infrastructure, health, education, security and everything else even paying more than five hundred billion of other charges of the same debt. Their Priorities
With election season upon us it's very easy to see the impact special interests have on our nation's politicians. Elected leaders in Washington make this fact especially obvious to see, though not purposefully. At this point, not only is it visible in the president, but after so many debates it is starting to become evident on the part of Republicans. Money and power guides not just who they are polite to, but also what promises they make and the flip flops they make while still campaigning even. One moment they may say something leading voters to believe they stand firmly against an issue, and later on they may soften their rhetoric on the issue or information emerges either contradicting the initial statement or placing what they said in a hypocritical light. text The Anti-Fracking Pledge of Resistance has been released Occupy WELL Street 2011-12-16 12:05 AM
Occupy Well Street is taking a stand against the social pressure, lawsuits and occasional death threats that pro-gas individuals and gas corporations have been directing at many of those resisting the spread of fracking operations across the Marcellus region for the past few years. We are fed up with feeling isolated and silenced, and are frustrated with the idea that many others in rural communities may be hesitating to speak out for fear of threats, social consequences and legal action. We believe this is not an issue centered around individuals who sign leases, but is a case of multinational corporations preying on rural areas in order to make as much money as possible. Our solution is a Pledge of Resistance, both a universal declaration of opposition against fracking and a resounding statement of solidarity with all others resisting the spread of this destructive industry. Evolution developing from the Resultant of Vectors
In the evolutionary journey of a living creature, any movement it makes, if it occurs continuously from generation to generation and if it is triggered by the execution of the “desire” present in its body, will have an impact on the shape of its body. (image/jpeg)
