DESCRIPTION:
This is the oversight board that is taking over Pittsburgh's finances. They are presently negotiating an agreement with the city that calls for the city council and the mayor to surrender budget powers over to them. Only problem is this board is an unelected body. In a democracy the people have a say in the budget via their elected representatives but not in Pittsburgh anymore. Home Rule is in danger!
