here's what to do if you would like to be part of a class action:
if you were arrested in DC and are interested in being part of a class action, send an account of your experience ASAP to the DC ACLU at
dcdemo@aclu-nca.org
or via real mail, to the National Lawyers Guild Office:

if you fit into one of the classes that the ACLU wants to represent (ie, people who just happened to be in the park, or people like most of us who weren't given a chance to disperse, or people who were brutalized), they'll let you know. if not, they'll try to find someone to represent your specific case, if it merits that sort of thing.
