ANOTHER TORTURE VICTIM !!!!!!!!!! THIS IS REAL!!!!!!!!
by Lisa M. Hutchinson Sunday, Dec. 07, 2003 at 6:51 PM
life182003@hotmail.com (email address validated)

WAS NEVER OFFERED THE CONVENTION AGAINST TORTURE, OR ASYLUM!!! SENT TO BERUIT ILLEGALLY AND TORTURED.....WE HAVE DOCUMENTATION!!!

Press Release

My name is Fadi (Eddie) Chaiban. I¢??m currently fighting for my life at the North Las Vegas Detention Center, due to my wrongful accusation and imprisonment by the I.N.S. and the Federal Govt. stemming from my illegal deportation back in 1999 that was brought upon me as a result of a bogus 1992 conviction at the hands of the state of California, whom has just admitted the wrongful doing by re-opening my case and dismissing it in the interest of justice.

Facts

1.) In 1992 I was wrongfully convicted of transporting Marijuana, and was sentenced to 5 years probation.

2.) In 1997, (with 12 days left on me successfully completing my probation) I was revoked and sentenced to 4 years in a California prison for an illegal charge of possessing $20 worth of steroids.

3.) In 1999, and after completing my sentence, I was held over by I.N.S. pending a deportation hearing due to a law signed by President Clinton in 1996 that made any legal permanent resident deportable if convicted of an aggravated felony.

4.) In 2000, I was wrongfully ordered deported by San Diego Immigration Judge Gaylin Boone, to Beirut, Lebanon, a country to which I have never resided in or visited. (I was born in Kuwait, and immigrated to the U.S.A. at the tender age of 3). Even after repeatedly expressing my fear of being deported to Lebanon and my plan for political asylum or other remedies available to me at the time, Judge Boone still ordered me deported.

5.) After being deported to Beirut, I was jailed, interrogated and tortured on the hands of the Lebanese Govt. officials for 6 days, due to my cooperation with the U.S. authorities from 1992-1995 and my open political views of my hatred to the middle eastern countries and their policies.

6.) After being hospitalized upon my escape from Lebanon authorities, I managed, miraculously to make it back to my homeland the U.S., where my entire family, daughter and friends live and where I have lived for the last 37 years of my 40 yrs. Alive.

7.) On August 11th 2003, acting on a tip by a jealous ex-girlfriend, I was arrested and detained pending an illegal reentry charge and deportation back to Beirut, Lebanon, where I was tortured at 3 years prior.

8.) On November 19th 2003, the state of California, in the interest of justice, sighting irregularities and illegalities, re-opened my 1992 case, set aside my prior conviction and dismissed the charges.

9.) So for both the I.N.S. Court and the Federal Court, Judge Boone in particular, refused to re-open my 1999 deportation hearing, due to the new overwhelming evidence brought forth by the state of California and my torture (which is internationally recognized by 1951 Geneva Convention, also signed by the U.S. as a participating member of the Convention Against Torture Act)

I urge you today to help me save my life, not only for my sake, but also for my family and loved ones sake.

You just can't find it in you to obay the law. Better that you are not in this country. Have a nice day and say howdy to your new found terrorist loving pals in hte mid east. Not that you are a terrorist, but you are just a criminal. Maybe you can write to IMC after you get to teh mideast and talk about how wonderful it is over there fighting the Americans and how America is hte cause of all the oppression in the Arab world. But I diress. the real issue remains that you are a criminal and you are here illegally. I guess smoking dope and dropping 'roids isn't that cool after all. GOod luck wiht that INS thing. Don't forget to write.

Why
by Matt Monday, Dec. 22, 2003 at 6:41 AM

Why do we hate this guy? Did he do anything other than smoke weed and juice?

A real menace to society we have here. The government may as well deport the entire NFL, too, if smoking weed and shooting roids are so serious of crimes.

If there is something I'm missing, please let me know. I thought we liked guys who hate backwards Middle Eastern governments.

What you are missing
by Irv The Nirv Monday, Dec. 22, 2003 at 7:33 AM

Is that this criminal is an illegal alien. So he gets deported. If any of hte NFL players are illegal aliens and drug users then please, call the INS and see what they can do about that. Otherwise, this idiot is just another criminal that we can do without, even if he does profess to hate the middle eastern wasteland that he came from. Sorry. Follow the rules and maybe this wouldn't happen. But obviously he can't. So it's back to living in a cave and smoking weed all day long for your new best friend. Get his address over there in East Butfukistan and maybe you two can become pen pals. Maybe you could even go and visit. Then the two of you can smoke dope and sit down in front of a Caterpillar D-6 and rant all you want about America and how it has caused all the problems of the world.

He was a legal alien, and I don't smoke. The United States government, I think, does the best they can, and are currently trying hard to fix past mistakes that they and other countries have made. Ergo, everything you just wrote about me is grossly incorrect; as usual, you make no valid points. . . congratulations, consistency is a valued virtue.

Okey, so you don't need to get deported or hang out with that fool. Maybe he can just go sit himself in front of a D-6 and do the world a favor.

The US does not deport legal aliens. Now, if he is here on a Visa then he is legal so long as he does not break the law. That would be a violation of the Visa. At which point he is fair game for deportation. Ya know, a Visa is just a guest pass. If you can't be a law abiding guest, how are we to expect that you could be a law abiding citizen? Oh if it were Cuba that you leftists love......then we could just deport any criminal to some foreign shore and be done with them.

And I sure did make a lot of valid points. You just fail to recognize them. So there. I do like to hear you admit that the US does a pretty good job, though.

it's funny to watch two people talk about something without talking about anything at all. Only few people can claim to know where he belongs. It certainly isn't any of you who go by what this article claims.

what's really funny....
by Irving Monday, Jun. 21, 2004 at 7:54 PM

....is a brain dead elitist moron who dregs up a thread from last year to try and piss off two posaters who might never see it again.

Never mind aforementioned brain dead moron didn't question how someone so horribly mistreated had computer priviliges and a Hotmail account.
