Wilkes-Barre, PA mayor, city council, solicitors sued; alleged negligence

A suit was filed against the mayor, 7 city council members and the 2 city solitors alleging they laundered money through a nonprofit.
Apparently, the guy has all of the info on his site under a page entitled " UnAmerican Wilkes-Barre". He alleges the city demolished a building belonging to a political ally, failed to collect on the lien, and allowed the lien to be transferred illegally.
