Smoke Bans Blame Victims, Excuse Perps

Pennsylvania's planned Smoke Ban, wrapped in For-Your-Protection language, is an evasion by cigarette makers, their many ingredients suppliers, their insurers/investors AND complcit public officials, of significant liabilities & penalties. It's a Nice-Sounding law, based on lies.

A version of this was sent to Pa. State Senators, as many as possible.
We might ask...if we were around when that OTHER smokable natural plant was Prohibited via the scam of "Reefer Madness", what would we have done? This step towards Tobacco Prohibition is a virtual re-enactment of that previous atrocity, for the benefit of generally the SAME industrial interests. It's NOT about health; it's about evasion of corporate liability, and about Corporate Theft of yet another public-domain natural plant from the public.

Whether one likes "smoking" or "smoke" or "smokers" or not...this is about everyone's medical, scientific and legal systems...the corruption thereof.

Dear Senator ______________

A vote is upcoming that may enact a state-wide ban
on "smoking" in indoor places. This sounds very
healthy, but it may be just the opposite. In fact,
it serves the perpetrator of so many diseases and
deaths, the broad cigarette industry, in many ways.

* Smoke Bans distract from the cigarette makers' use
of many toxic, cancer-causing, kid-attracting,
addiction-enhancing and even fire-causing non-tobacco
cigarette adulterants and additives.

* Bans place legal burdens on bar/restaurant owners
and other proprietors who had nothing to do with
making such contaminated products, nothing to do with
hiding the ingredients and harms from consumers, no
part in failing to test those adulterants for harms,
and no complicity in failing to report questionable
or known harmful cigarette adulterants to Federal
Authorities as is required by law.

* Ban laws distract from, and ignore, the fact that
workers who smoke, or have breathed "secondhand
smoke", have NOT been hit with just tobacco smoke,
but by a miasma of industrial chemical and other
harmful non-tobacco things that No One was informed
about, protected from, or warned about. Many of those who now
call for "protecting workers" are the very persons who've
ALLOWED workers to be unprotected from non-tobacco toxins,
carcinogens, and untested substances for perhaps DECADES.

* Bans scapegoat the traditionally-used tobacco plant
that, so far, has not been studied, itself, for real
or potential harms. Studies presented in
legislatures or courts, so far, have failed uniformly
to describe or analyze the "tobacco" or "cigarette"
under scrutiny. We do not know what they studied.
There could be Toxic Waste in those "cigarettes" and
one would not be told. In fact, there IS toxic waste
in most products. You and your colleagues may have
been lied to on a significant scale.

* Such bans utterly ignore a consumer's right to know
what is in a product, and to be warned about and
protected from non-tobacco cigarette constituents
that may be, or are, harmful...or that haven't been
tested for this use. Ban laws ignore that cigarette
makers have hidden this information, unfortunately,
with the help of certain medical and insurance
interests. Safe in food (GRAS) is not the same as
burned and inhaled.

* Such bans are not supported or justified by sound
science. "Studies", funded often by parts of the
cigarette industry itself (especially the
chemical/chlorine/pesticide/pharmaceutical elements),
routinely fail to analyze or describe the subject of
study. They seem to believe the cigarette industry
claim that the products are just tobacco. They are
not. Anyone who believes the Widely Discredited
cigarette industry on this basic point is beyond
understanding.

* Such bans, absurdly, accept the cigarette industry
claim that the products are just tobacco, or that
they are tobacco at all in some cases. Indeed, the
language of such bans serves to ADVERTISE for the
cigarette makers re/ the product being just "tobacco
products".
They are no more "tobacco products" in most cases
than a murderer's Handgun is just a "metal product".
The Medici's arsenic-laced wine was NOT just "wine".

* Bans on "Environmental Tobacco Smoke" are highly
questionable, or worse, because, according to many US
Patents, many cigarettes may contain no tobacco at
all. One cannot get the ostensible "enemy", Tobacco
Smoke, from that.
Cigarettes made from processed Industrial Waste
Cellulose (w/ shots of nicotine added, of course)
apparently have not been studied for either risk or
harm. Therefore no science at all exists to justify
bans on such things. No Public Interest exists.
A prime "study" of "ETS" (by the EPA) was, in fact,
found by a Federal Court to be fraudulent. The EPA
cooked the books, and got caught. Though that
decision was later vacated for jurisdictional
reasons, the body of the decision remains intact and
unchallenged today. "Anti smoking" forces use it
anyway. They do not mention the Federal Court matter
regarding fraud.

* Because of the emphasis on putting legal burdens on
victims and non-complicit bar owners etc, the
cigarette makers are Continuing to a) use untested
non-tobacco additives, b) use highly deadly chlorine
in the paper and pesticides thus hitting victims with
high levels of dioxin, c) add Burn Accelerants that
lead to so many fires, injuries, fatalities, costs
and property damage, d) use many sweet and flavorful
additives that attract children, e) sell fake tobacco
as if it is tobacco, and f) fail to acquire Informed
Consent from any user of their products for being so
ruthlessly experimented upon.

* Cigarette makers, by this Blame-the-Victim tactic,
are evading both Liabilities to millions and Criminal
justice.

* Cigarette makers' Pretend Enemies (Tobacco Free
Kids, etc), when under oath, may be evading serious
perjury charges for any claims that tobacco "kills"
or causes all the diseases claimed to be "tobacco
related".
Indeed, most, if not all, such diseases are
IMPOSSIBLE to be caused by smoke from tobacco or any
natural plant. However, those diseases are well known
to be caused by certain non-tobacco cigarette
adulterants, especially the chlorine from the paper
and pesticides which produces dioxin, and from the
radiation from use of certain tobacco fertilizers.

Below are just some links to information relating to
the above. I believe that all a Senator needs to do
to bring justice to this issue is to ask witnesses in
support of the bans just what, exactly, they mean by
"tobacco".
Do they mean plain tobacco, as used for ten
thousand years on these shores? Or do they mean
tobacco, or fake tobacco, contaminated with more
industrial toxins and carcinogens than might be found
in an average Toxic Waste Incinerator? These are not
just peripheral details.

It's not that "there's no safe dose of tobacco", as
they say; there is No Safe Dose of the DIOXIN that
comes from such industrial concoctions. There is also
NO Safe Dose of the Polonium 201 radiation that comes
from those phosphate tobacco pesticides.
In combination, the RISK of serious harm is
eradicated. It's not a RISK when the harm is
inescapable and inevitable. This is not about RISKING
a public health calamity; it's about knowingly
CAUSING the calamity. Bar/restaurant proprietors,
workers, and smoking patrons, are not responsible.
They are the victims...victimized yet again by the
unjustly applied Ban Laws.

If any "expert" witness doesn't know of this
information, they are proven either incompetent or to
be obstructing justice and committing perjury.

This is to urge you to vote against this cigarette
industry evasion of civil and criminal justice and
to, instead, work to inform the public of just what a
typical cigarette is, and to assist the affected and
defrauded workers in getting justice.

This is to urge you to stop this threatening move
towards yet another Prohibition, with all the
attendant social disruptions, crimes, distractions,
and costs...not to mention the corruption of so much
of our science, medical and even legal establishment.

This is to urge you to create new legislation that
bans the sale, promotion, or manufacture in
Pennsylvania of smoking products that contain
Untested Additives, that purport to be "tobacco
products" but are so much more, that contain
Pesticide Residues, that are contaminated with
Radiation from fertilizers, and that are Not Labeled
for every non-tobacco element except residual
moisture (as was the case in a sadly stalled
Massachusetts ingredient listing bill).
