details on 2 actions planned during Pgh's anti-war convergence.
As many of you know Pittsburgh is hosting a regional convergence against war jan 24-26th. This is the largest local convergence in 30 years and many autonomous actions are being planned. The bloc is being organized by RESYST- A radical queer project of the Thomas Merton Center. http://www.thomasmertoncenter.org/RESYST/about.html
The two actions planned so far:
Saturday Jan 25th 1:00PM During the Parade for Peace on the Southside (meet at Station Square) We are going to march in a bloc of pink: pink clothes/ballons/etc. Dress up! We have some extra pink to give away.
Sunday Jan 26th 12:15pm corner of 5th and Bellefield. Join the Pink Bloc for a giant game of Spin the Bottle/Spin the Missile.
complete info on the convergence is available at http://www.organizepittsburgh.org/war.htm
