Pittsburghers in NYC

Feb 15th NYC

Even though our group was small (3), we managed to hook up with the Northern New Jersey Peace Feeder March at the train station. Like many, we were unable to get to the main rally point. However, we did get past the police barriers several times and marched approximately 40 blocks down 2nd and 3rd Aves.

Penned in somewhere on 3rd Ave.

Penned in again.

My favorite sign of the day.

"Guerilla" media commandeers a Verizon truck.

This is what we faced at every intersection.

Many blocks north of the main rally point on 1st Avenue.  This screen was as close as we got to the rally.
