What you dont mention is that Councilman Mark Elisco is also a nutcase and well known for his escapades with police and making oddball comments.
I'm sure that even some of the anti-bush, err, i mean anti-war council people would say that his comments certainly dont represent the majority of his constituents.

Actually, I don't live in New Castle. I would never consider purchasing property in New Castle because it has been ravaged by the political likenessess of democrats like your second cousin. Its bad enough I have to work there. the city is done. start focusing on the townships and surrounding areas.
When I say new castle, I mean the City of New Castle itself--not the outlying areas.
i dont mean disrespect to you because I am also a "typical" new castle person with many relatives as well, tight families, etc -- some of whom are the type of people i'm complaining about. However I stand by my point that councilman elisco is a nutcase. if new castle wants to improve, they need to quit electing the likes of him.
