Just as we have joined together to oppose the fascist policies of the Bush Regime, we must join together to show the Klan that they are not welcome in Coshocton, or anywhere in the Midwest.

All Out To Oppose the KKK in Coshocton, OH -

April 4th & 5th!

While the Bush Administration is preparing to escalate the "War on Terrorism" at home and abroad, perpetuating racist stereotypes and ignoring the plight of the working class, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) is preparing to follow in their footsteps by bringing their fascist ideas to the streets of Coshocton, OH.

During the weekend of April 4th, the Invisible Empire International - Keystone Knights are planning to have a national gathering in the city. On Friday April 4, there will be a formal banquet dinner at the Coshocton Travel Lodge on White Woman Way, and on Saturday, they will be holding a public rally to spew their racist views.

Just as we have joined together to oppose the fascist policies of the Bush Regime, we must join together to show the Klan that they are not welcome in Coshocton, or anywhere in the Midwest.

We are calling upon all anti-fascists, those in solidarity with the struggle for the rights of immigrant communities, students, labor activists, human rights advocates, and in general, all working class people everywhere to join us in the streets, effectively shutting down the Klan rally and putting an end to all racist organizing and intimidation within Coshocton.

While we are calling for a militant presence at this rally, we ask that those who support and heed this call respect a diversity of tactics by anyone who chooses to attend. We want to see everyone come out and show the Klan what we all think of them.
We encourage everyone to bring their own forms of resistance, whatever they may be, to Coshocton in April. In doing this, we believe that we will be able to achieve maximum success in our goal of stopping any racist activity through promoting community self-defense. If we use all the methods available to us, and unite under an umbrella of anti-racist ideological unity, there are no limits to what we can accomplish on April 5th.

The Klan has not tried to organize publicly in this part of the country for years, since we shut them down all over the Midwest. With a right-wing government in Washington, they must think the tide has finally turned in their favor. This April, let's show them this is definitely not the case. Join in solidarity, and we'll all teach them a lesson they'll never forget.
