Port Authority , its contractors and invited guests and dignitaries will dedicate and celebrate the opening of the East Busway Extension from Wilkinsburg Station to Swissvale Station on Friday, June 13, 2003.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be in the same zip code as the clueless parasites who take your money and spend it as they see fit. It won't be hard to find, just get off at the last busway stop.Come witness firsthand, the self-congratulatory glad-handing of a ribbon cutting, fatcat lovefest, which will be followed in turn by service cuts and fare hikes. In true Port Authority fashion the specific details regarding the exact time is currently unavailable, but will be posted as soon as it can be dug up. Post it if you find it.
Wear your best opening-night, ribbon cutting finery, or better still, wear your hockey masks and horror stuff, since it is Friday the 13th, and Mario Lemieux is begging for money for a new arena. Or compromise and wear your hockey masks and hoopskirts. Don't worry about getting your church clothes dirty, since you won't be able to get there on Sundays if you ride the bus. Same goes for your clean underwear if you rely on ACCESS to keep your doctor's appointments.
They probably neglected to hire an orchestra, so bring those drums and shakers. Let's help the bosses celebrate their great achievement as joyously as possible.
