I wonder if any of the soldiers being granted two-week leaves from Iraq will decide to not go back?

Confronted with his own remarks in February 2001 that Iraq had "not
developed any significant capability with respect to weapons of mass

against his neighbors," Colin Powell says today that "I don't find
anything inconsistent between what I said then and what I've said all
along," which is that Saddam's weapons of mass destruction posed a clear
and imminent threat to the United States and the world.
