for Pittsburgh Indymedia because I'm from Pittsburgh
...and with the official U.S. count standing at more than 400 dead, the question is urgent still. When, oh, when will the American sheeple wake up?

First of all -- "150,000 of our husbands, sons and daughters" (you forgot wives) have NOT ben sent to die in Iraq. In fact, that is an ridiculous exageration of the actual number of Americans that have given their lives for the freedom of the Iraqi people. I think the muber is closer to 400 brave souls, deserving of a higher level of respect than you give them ( I expect your apology PROMPTLY).
SECOND -- WHAT F'ing LIE? I have looked and looked and looked and I can not (that is CAN NOT) find anything the even resembles a "lie" that was the reason that we went to war. Oh, you are talking about that " The French have evidence that the Iraqis tried to by Yellow Cake"? Well he did not say that we knew that the Iraqi's bought yelow cake. PAY ATTENTION YOU IDIOT.
Or maybe it is that whole, "we haven't found any WOMD yet" BS. Well guess what the WHOLE F'ing world knew and believe that Saddam had WOMD. Shit, why the hell was the UN in there inspecting for ten years if we did not have evidence that the guy had a WOMD program. Oh, well maybe you could get some of the the Turks in northern Iraq to talk to you about those "imaginary" WOMD (HINT: Those would be the same ones that Saddam used to gas the poor bastards with).
Oh, I know that you would much rather see the Iraqi people continue their suffering in hell just for your own political purposes. I know that you really do not give a shit about some poor bitch half way around the world being raped and murdered for the pleasure of a despot possessed of demons (yeah, I said it, the man and his progeny were EVIL... Yes a value judgment .. they were EVIL). But you are far more involved with your own political mastrubation and hate to recognize that (1) you were not lied to, (2) this is a necessary miltary action and (3) someone has to be willing to just stand up to this BS if it is going to stop. You are far more concerned about your life, the price of a gallon of gas, your retirement accoutn, and the prosepcts of a Deocratic administration to give a F*^# about America's responsibility to the fredom of the world.
Hey, SHEEPLE, wake up ... BraveNEwWorldOrderFighter, by any other name is still an ASSHOLE.

Richard Perle, adviser to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld as a member of the defense policy board, this week told an audience gathered under the auspices of the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London that "I think in this case [of making war on Iraq for the stated purpose of disarming it of imminently dangerous Weapons of Mass Destruction], international law stood in the way of doing the right thing...International law...would have required us to leave Saddam Hussein alone..."

So when the "Internatinal police" come calling because we broke "Internatinoal Law' and they wnat to read us our 'international rihgts" ... we can tell them to go to hell becasue they are a bunch of panty wastes and we had to do the right thing because the "International Police" did not answer the "Internatinal" 9-11 Call.
They must have all been out getting an "International Donut" at the time (that would be a Croissant).

It's the one who believes in holograms. Since it couldn't answer the questions posed to it, such as how holograms can take down a building or reflect light and create shadows, etc, now it's relegated to pulling figures out of it's poot chute.

Clinton noted that while she does not agree with certain
actions used by the Bush administration in the war effort, she
does agree with the administration that Saddam Hussein must be
deposed from Iraq.
The Senator stated, "There is no doubt that Saddam Hussein is
extremely dangerous. Based on reports that I have seen, with
regard to him building and acquiring weapons of mass
destruction, I am absolutely convinced that we should use
methods to oust him. How we do it is the question."

apparently you missed the article in the paper about how the iraqi scientists lied about the level of weapons they produced to please saddam. this was speculated by the left months before the war, and was proven to be true, these weapons do not exist. As for the "where is the lie?", you don't remember the thing about Kenya being proven as a lie? You need to stop watching Fox News my friend...
