Only 6 minute story?I do IMC Audio reporting in Phoenix area & recenting did 46 minute story recently at Bush's $2000 fundraiser of two differant Protests, with NO Buffering in listening because I use low #'s so everybody can here.......I'm trying to listen to your 6 minute story, but lasting for half hour because of too much Buffering from using too much high # in your audio tools.

I would assume any buffering or listening problems could be resolved by first downloading the file to computer and then listening to it, rather than clicking on it directly. the file isn't that big for a 6 minute mp3

hmmmmmm
hello arizonia!
the mp3 audio file is of a two minute plus clip at 64 kbs (broadcast quality), 3.1 megabites. it was tested on our little laptop, windows 95 machine 166mhz with 16 ram
it took this machine, screaming down the information super highway on a 28.8 dial modem, 17 seconds to download and start playing this clip on one of the earliest versions of real player that plays mp3.
our radio station is also guaged to lo-fi dial up listeners, we send out data at 24 mhz which this laptop can recieve as long as you are not multi-tasking.
