Fallujah victims first called contractors, now as evidence comes out they were actually mercenaries, they're being called "security contractors"
The main stream media, first called the four "civilians" that were killed, burned, and dragged through the streets of Fallujah, Iraq, contractors. The reality is that they were employees of Blackwater Security Consulting, a rural North Carolina subsidiary of Blackwater USA. A commercial company doing the job of soldier in Iraq.
These mercenaries are often former U.S. military special ops people.
Since the "coalition forces" are in charge of the security of the area, why are we paying for mercenaries in the area at higher costs than our armed forces, and who are not accountable to the mission at hand, rather by private firms?
Private US security forces have also been recently used in Haiti.
Blackwater USA’s other subsidiaries are Blackwater Training Center, Blackwater Target Systems, Blackwater Canine, and Blackwater Air. The company proclaims: "We have established a global presence and provide training and tactical solutions for the 21st century," adding, "Our clients include federal law enforcement agencies, the Department of Defense, Department of State, and Department of Transportation, local and state entities from around the country, multinational corporations and friendly nations from all over the globe."
