Bush Cheats on His Income Taxes
by Jeff Franklin Monday, Oct. 16, 2006 at 6:03 PM

All of the Journalists at Time, Newsweek, USA Today, The New York Times, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News and FOX News are refusing to report on Formaldegate or Bush's Income tax fraud.

U.S. Federal Judge Halsted L. Ritter was impeached and removed from office for filing false income tax returns. U.S. Federal Judge Harry E. Claiborne was impeached and removed from office for filing false income tax returns. Judge Claiborne had been convicted of income tax evasion and was serving time in prison before he waa impeached. The gangster Al Capone was convicted of income tax evasion and was sent to prison. Illinois Governor Otto Kerner was convicted in 1972 of income tax fraud. Vice President Spiro Agnew plead no contest to a charge of income tax evasion. President Richard Nixon agreed to pay over $400,000 in back taxes after he was caught cheating on his income taxes.

Did George W. Bush pay his income taxes? It appears that while Governor of Texas that George W. Bush used his office to increase the monetary value of the Texas Rangers Baseball team before he sold his share of the baseball team. I find it amazing that few people are outraged that Bush earned $15 million by means of Income Tax Fraud when he sold his baseball team and then claimed the income as Capital Gain and paid a rate of 20% when he should of declared the income as Ordinary Income and paid a rate of 39.6%. Read the story (Bush May have Evaded Taxes on Sale of Baseball Team, by The Anonymous CPA ). When Illinois Governor Otto Kerner tried a similar scheme as Bush's he ended up being convicted of Income Tax Fraud.

Read the story ( Did George W. Bush Evade Income Taxes on His Harken Loans? by Bob Fertik ). To quote from paragraph seven of this story about Bush's Harken Energy. "the SEC just sat on its hands and refused to prosecute the President's son."

The following quotes are from the Seventh Edition of Black's Law Dictionary. The U.S. Constitution states that Public officials can be impeached for High Crimes. To quote from the definition of High Crimes on page 378. "A crime that is offensive to public morality, though not necessarily a felony." To quote from the definition of Impeachment on page 755. "The grounds upon which an official can be removed do not, however, have to be criminal in nature." "They usu. involve some type of abuse of power or breach of the public trust."

To understand why impeachment is not a criminal trial read the story at Los Angeles Independent Media Center ( Bush Lies About Formaldegate, Posted November 8, 2004 by Greg ).
